2.1 ish warmup. Then we did 6x666 hill repeats. Times were around 2:11 on all of them. I dont have my watch with me so thats not exact. Hills kill me so I need work on those. I do lots better on interval workouts. 2 ish cool down. I felt like I was going to throwup on the cool down so I jsut went my own pace and kept it nice and slow. First day running in xc class.
