| 2.2 warmup. Then the race started. We haven't been tappering at all so it was a pretty good race because I was tired after this week. Byu said it was a 3 mile but everyone I know has said their watches said it was a 5k so im going with that. Started out at normal speed which is slower for me. I always just pass a ton of people the first mile. Second mile I passed craik and kaleb and started moving up. I died at the end of the second mile but didn't get passed much. 3rd mile I jsut gave it all I had left. Not mad about my time but not super pumped either. 5.3 mile cooldown.

| Wasn't sure how much ryan wanted us to do so the few people that were their, Zack Kaleb Steven Jack and me, decided 7 was good. I was just planning of doing 9. We did middle spring. I did a mile of barefoot then zack was ready to go so I came home and did a mile around the constrution zone.

| 2 mile warmup. Then we did 6x800. Times were around 2:27 for all of them. Active rest. Don't have my watch on me. Then did a 400 to get our leg speed up. Then cooled down 3 miles.

| Ran 8.6 on alpine loop with justin with a detour. Then I had to go ref which sucked because both of the teams were super yelly. Then I did a short construction zone to get my legs moving again after reffing and then I iced.

| 2.3 ish warmup with some strides. The guy that said set was super quiet so it was hard to hear. Luckly I saw his arm go up tho. The race started out pretty slow but then about a 100 meters in all the slow people in the back trapped craik kaleb and I. I just pointed where I was going and went. Nobody tripped so thats good. In the first mile I probably passed like 150 people. I had a bunch of davis guys that I was right behind until I hit the hills. Then I lost them. I wish I would have just surged down the hill better and caught them again. I also wish the course was actually a 3 mile. But whatever. Cooled down a little over 4 miles.

| Tough workout today. It was in the heat. It was 800 600 400 800 600 400 400 400 400. Did relitibly well tho for the heat. 800's were 2:26ish 600 were 1:46ish and400 were 67-70. 3 miles cooldown.

| Good time at the nebo invite. It was sprinkling a slight amount and it was perfect weather. The course changed from 2 years ago and I kindof like it now. Went out at a 5:11 and then kept my pace pretty even if it was a 5k but dropped kindof if it was a 3 mile. IDK which. I just tried to stick with dalton and carson from AF the whole race.
