| So I thought the race started at 6 but appantly they changed it to 5:50 so I had a really short warmup and then had to toe the line. I didn't feel great. After the race around a 2.5 miloe cool down. I need to make sure I get a good warmup in before state.

| Felt good. I twisted my ankle about 3 miles in and had to stop for a couple minutes. I finished the run and it got super sore afterwards. Walking around hurt it. So hopefully it will be fine tomorrow.

| Ankle felt tons better today. We had a tough workout. It was 4x600 meter hill repeats. Then we had to run to the track and then we had 6x400. I was really struggling today.

| 2ish mile warmup. Then the race. During the race I felt like total crap. All day I hadn't been able to eat much becasue my stomach hurt. Did a couple strides and did my pre race jumps that I always do and I did something in my knee. Although it didn't hurt during the race, it was just another thing that wasn't fun. The team did well though. Caleb and steven stepped it up lots and made up for my crappy race. We got 2nd to AF. In the overall results we were 5th to AF olympus timanogus and springville.

| Did aviary with the girls and then charly brown and then a little extention and then back to the park. I was still struggling today and my legs are super tight.

| 6 miles up in logan UT. I went on this trail by a golf course and then found this rope swing. I didn't do it but it was probalby like 10-15 feet deep in the water so it was perfect. I still had 4 miles left. Then I found this map and I followed somemore trails. My legs are starting to feel better from state but I kindof have a cough and am very conjested in the nasal system so that sucks.
