slightly more milage than im use to on sundays.  Tired me out quite a bit.

Very windy today.  Apparently there is supposed to be some huge winter storm tomorrow.  That would kind of suck.  But today we did a track workout.  It was 1200 800 800 400 400 400.  I just felt like i couldn't get going fast.  I don't really know my times cuz I didn't wear a watch cuz courtney said no to.  I want to get some new kinvaras soon because I am either not used to the pegs or i don't really like them.

Good time on bonnevile today.  We went a good pace the whole thing.  On the way out my legs were kind of hurting but on the way back I felt quite good.  We stopped at Jamisons and he got his mail key and went to see if his mission call was here yet.  It wasn't.  I thinjk he is going to go to arkansas tenesee or brazil.

Shout out to Jamison for going on a mission.

Raced today.  Wasa goodly time.  I did the mile and the 800.  On the mile I went all out.  I feel like I could have gone 5ish seconds faster.  Good race tho.  On the 800 I really wasn't feeling it and got a solid 2:25.  Slower than my mile pace.  Did some miles before some miles after and some inbetween the races.  

Shoutout to Jamison who broke 2 in the 800 and I think collin did to(?) maybe some others too.

Today we did mountain run with alpine loop at the end part.  We were going quite fast once we got on the road and especially once we got on alpine highway.  5:50 pace for probably mile ish.  Jolly time.

I have a big final tomorrow.  It will suck.

Tempo run today.  It was 4x2minute.  Distance were as follows.  .41 .42 .42 .40.  Felt relitivly good.  I had to hurry home because I had a campout and I had to leave at 4:30.  The people that were supposed to take the pictures of the track team were like alot late so we just left.  Going to the west desert for the campout.  

Got back from my campout at like 8:55 so I ran inside put in my contacts got my shorts on and grabbed a hat and gloves and ran over to LP.  They had started by  quite a bit so I just ran and tried to catch up to craik justin and will and caleb but they were way up there so I saw them when they were coming back to the school so I jsut turned around and followed them.  They were going a pretty good pace.  AFter we did AF and than I did 1.5 on the grass than ran home.  It has been a busy week.

One more week on these shoes than my mom told me that the easter bunny might be hopping to mi casa with 2 new pairs of running shoes.
