Raced today.  Went out with my first mile at 5:13 then I hit the hill and dropped to a 5:52 and then I tried to finish it with a 5:53.  Plus the extra stuff.  That course always kills me.  Kaysville 5k  

Also at my families thing I did a 1/3 of  a mile race to anchor my relay team.

Did black trail today.  We did the short version of it and then Caleb Bradshaw and I went to dumpster and then I did some laps on the grass.

Today we went out to almost art dye and then back to legacy.  6:37 ap.  Felt really good today.  7:20, 6:47, 6:37, 6:38, 6:44, 6:41, 6:48, 6:10.  Then finished the rest up.

Ran at 4:45 in the morning becasue I had helamens camp.  6.5 in the morning.  .5 running around camp with my friends.

6.13 miles this morning early.  then Im counting 1 of a hike we did.

Ran by myself at night.  Started at about 8 and went on the creek trail out the the murdock canal.  I went out on the MCT to almost where  the dip is and came back.  Was going pretty fast for most of the miles.  6:49 ap.  

Its always mental nice when you are passing lots of bikers while running.
