2 warmup. Then the workout was 5x(800,400). It was tough. Times werent' great. Felt dead tired. Im probablly getting some new shoes soon tho so that good. 2 miles cooldown
Alpine loop plus laps around artic circle while they got couricy cones and did 3 laps around the track
2.2 miles up. workout was 6x(600, 400). Fast workout. 2.2 miles down.
bonneville then down to MCT bc it was getting really dark. Ran back on that.
2 mile warmup. then 12x400. 2.5 mile cool down.
