Rough run.  It was supposed to be faster paced so we went faster but i didn't really feel good.  All the mile were under 7:00 pace but it was just kind of rough.  I am also kindof sick.  I have a cough and am very conjested.  It kindof sucks.  Hopefully this won't last long.
