Had a workkout today.  It was 400 300 400 300 400 300.  We warmed up 2 miles and than started.  Times were 69 50 68 49 67 50.  Ryan talked for a while and gave us a pumpup speech.  We than cooled down.  Iced up in a new spot bc some weenie said we couldn't ice in our normal spot by the canyon.
