Did 8 miles on bonneville then went back to help with the Jr high meet.  Iced in teh river.

Did the 100 meter crabwalk today.  The old school record was set by Galen with a time of 1:13.  We had 4 people break that.  Craik came out with the "W" with a time of 48 seconds thrashing the old school record.  Zack got 62.  Russel got 68.  Galen Got 69.  We are trying to get the final results on milesplit so keep your eyes out.
