Today we headed up into lambert and then we ran 5 mile loop plus timberline loop. We did a 4 mile tempo in the middle of our run. First mile was just about 6:00 then the next was 5:45 then 5:45 then 6:05. The first and last were probabaly a little bit fast because we started 4.19 miles in and I forgot to do a lap so whatever. Felt pretty good today. I have been having zack roll me out after running and I think it is helping my legs bc yesterday I could like bearly move.
