Workout today. It was 1200 1200 800 800 400 400. I stuggled on the 1200 but on the last 400 I did pretty good. Times were 3:43 3:54 2:32 2:33 71 67. Pretty good workout. Went and Iced by the canyon after. 2 reffing games after.
