Up to normal mileage.  We did first part of hogs and then up by suncrest.  Very hilly run today.  

Im racing the Kaysville 5k next monday and I am pumped.  I feel like I could definetly get around 16:20 if the course is anything like the guns and hoses 5k that I did.  It starts on the track and then there is some up hill but its short and then down hill for first mile, up hill for the second mile and slightly downhill untill you hit the hill you went up at beginning then back onto the track.  Kaysville 5k

8.65 doing black trail then onto bull river and went to a haunted shack.  It apperently has a booby trap that if you step on a piece of wood it turns a light on which isn't really a trap but that waht kaleb said.  Felt pretty good today.

Today we went down by lone peak and then to the canyon and then mountain run and back to the park.  

Today we did the first part of middle spring then just went back on 4 mile loop way.  We talked about craik today bc he is at EFY.  We thought it would be funny if  KT Error was in his group.  His bitter ex.

Today we went to corner canyon and ran on Ann's and jacobs ladder.  Good stuff.  Twisted my ankle though and had to rub it out for a minute or 2.

Did Lehi dip today with collin and parker and me and ryan and zack and kaleb.  We went pretty fast.  My average was around 6:40.  Hiked lake blanche with the family and started at 10.  It was 6.9 miles round trip.
