Played some BBall with the baller, wamison Jilkes and Galen and craigly and doug and zack and jonas..  I #beattheballer.  Those sunday shoes are really killer shoe to ball in.

Ran on the first part of hogs then took a left and ran to suncrest.  We foound a trail and ran out on it until we hit 4.1.  We just went back the way we came instead of going on suncrest road.

AM:  We did the LPN4 at midnight.  1 mile warm up.  The race.  Then a 1.25 cool down.

LATER IN THE AM:  5.5 miles doing 5 mile loop and up to craiks house plus half a lap on the field.  The last mile was around a 5:40.  Good times

LATER IN THE AM:  .5 miles of BBall with mike, Galen, Jamison, Me, Zack, Justin and steven and seth.  Seth didn't play because of his broken fingers and fractured wrist.

Ran to Jamisons house to say goodbye for at least 2 years and maybe even 4 years.  Then we did up on canyon road and then alpine loop back to the park.

Today we went to corner canyon and ran.  We did ann's and jacobs ladder.  We then went to the other side of the road and finished up the miles.  Pretty fast run for being on trails.

Had road with Mr. Nordick this morning from 8-10 so I jsut ran by myself at night.  Did bonneville.  I made it quite a bit farther out then usally because my house is like a half mile closer to the trail then the school and it was 9 mile not 8.  I use to hate running alone but I dont mind it a couple days a week.  But I would prefer to be with da boys.

Did hogs today at night because I had road again in the morning.  I was going to run with craik but he ended up not being able to come.  I biked to legacy and then headed out.  I didn't push it too hard because my body was pretty tired.  Good times.

It was really funny because when I got back to the park, a family pulled up in there Razor ATV, and like 5 kids jumped out all staring at there phones playing Pokemon Go and were yelling "Gotta Catch'em all".  They were pushing each other over and tackling each other trying to get to the pokemon.  That game is taking over the world.
