We did some plyos and warmups with the sprinters. tthen down to AF and on a little loop a little bit longer.  Ran with the girls for a little bit of it.

8.07 miles on bonnevile than an all out 800.  Time was 2:30 becase there was like a foot of snow on the track.

Down to Almost AF then to pole plus golf course and a little more.  Had plyos and warmups.

Did discovery today.  We had a tempo also.  It was supposed to be 6:00 pace so not too fast.  Felt pretty good today.  

Racing the 4x800 tomorrow with Justin Seth and Zack.  Hope fully I can Pr and go sub 2:10.

1.5 ish warm up.  Was going to get more but we had to go to the bull pin so we went.  We spiked up.  We wore the NXN uniforms.  Justin started us off and he raced well.  He gave me a like 20-25 meter lead I think.  I lost a little bit on skyridge but I still gave seth the lead with 15-20 meters.  Seth took it from their and he was tired from running the mile so he didn't run his best.  He gave it to zack with just bearly a lead and Zack tried to stick with Haden Penrod from springville but he was cruzing.  He ran like a 1:54 which is crazy.  Skyridge also go us at the line.  Team time was 8:21.69 

I was happy with my time becasue I PRed by 6 seconds.  Last year I didn't ever do the 800 fresh and didn't really care either so thats why I had a 2:13

10.23 miles on lehi dip plus a lap around the park and neighbor hood.  It was me ryan and zack.  We went pretty fast but it felt good.  The race last night got me super excited for the season!
