| During traack class we did plyometrics and warmups with the sprinters. Did 4 miles than came back for the freshman. then we did 4 more going to the canyon and back.

| Today we had a 2 mile tempo. we did 3 miles warmup then started the tempo. It was supposed to be around 6 flat pace but noone had a watch so we went on feel. We also went a little bit farther than 2. I was pretty darn tired from weights and other stuff.
later I had churchball practice. 1 and a half hours of ballin. Lets just say our team is kinda a joke and I am the best player that showed up. We have one more decent dude coming to our game on saturday but We will be the best. Im counting a mile of that.

| 9.7 mile run in the morning. Ryan and I were the only guys that came so we went with the girls. So it was sarah bybee, rachel, kenzie. ellie, maddie, and amanda. It was a good time.; Pace was actually decent. It was like 7:25 for the whole run.
Also shoutout to maddie because at the end of their 8 miles she started to go faster and I raced her for the last .2 of the run. And I got the "W".
LATER IN THE AM: I had a churchball game. Ill count .6 for that.
UPDATE: We lost the chuchball game but it was a good time. I came off with 7 points, the most on the team. Score was 27-32.

| 1.5 ish warm up. Was going to get more but we had to go to the bull pin so we went. We spiked up. We wore the NXN uniforms. Justin started us off and he raced well. He gave me a like 20-25 meter lead I think. I lost a little bit on skyridge but I still gave seth the lead with 15-20 meters. Seth took it from their and he was tired from running the mile so he didn't run his best. He gave it to zack with just bearly a lead and Zack tried to stick with Haden Penrod from springville but he was cruzing. He ran like a 1:54 which is crazy. Skyridge also go us at the line. Team time was 8:21.69
I was happy with my time becasue I PRed by 6 seconds. Last year I didn't ever do the 800 fresh and didn't really care either so thats why I had a 2:13
