2 ish warmup.  Tne the 2 mile race.  then did like 1.5 inbetween the 3200 and the 4x800.  then the 4x800 race.  then 2 cooldown.

I kinda died on the last 3 laps of the 2 mile again.  I think I can push through it tho.  I just need another chance.

10.63 miles.  Did this loop I sometimes do.  On Bonneville then to discovery then to AF then back to lp then to my house.  First 5 were normal last 5 were around 6:00 pace.
