Today we did a modest run but before we did pole dance and after we did to the canal bathrooms than we had strenth training. We did a card deck. Spades were situps diamonds were burpees harts were push ups and clubs were squats. Than all aces were ladders. was pretty hard but I don't know if i was doing it right because I didn't feel any major burn I just felt tired so who knows.
Shoutout to the bruja of LP bcuz she was gone today.
