Uping the milage up this week. We did canyon and it was a lot colder than I thought so i was wearing shorts and a short sleeve T shirt. It kind of sucked. We ran from Lone peak to the timpanogus cave trail. It was slightly over 4.5 up. The muslce on my legs on the front kind of by my shin started hurting. I just stayed like a quarter mile behind everyone else on the down hill part. Hopefully its nothing big. Just rolled them out and my calves. Pretty fast today also. Around 7:00 on the up way. 6:30 on the way down. I was hoping to be able to do the 4x800 with some people but I guess they already have a team so I might try to make one with will and some other people.
