33 laps on the track 2 laps on the grass inside the track. Progression run today. Goal times were supposed to be 7:30 pace first mile 7:00 6:30 6:00 5:40 5:30 5:20 5:10. I got the first four with not too much struggling. On the 5:40 I started struggling but stayed with the group. On the 5:30 I was with them for the first lap then started dropping back. I had a hard time getting air into the lungs. I ended up getting around 5:55 for the 5:30 goal one. Stopped took a drink and kept going at a slower pace. Ended up going pretty fast again with another mile at 6:00. Fast run today. Did a couple laps barefoot and than ice bath.
