Rough workout today. We did 600 400 600 400 600 400 600 400. I skipped the 3rd 400 and just jogged a lap cuz I was hurting. Times were 1:46 70 1:53 72 1:53 Skipped 1:53 73. My legs were burning lots today. I am going down to arcadia with the team so that should be fun even if Im not racing.
