5.02 miles of running then stretching and abs and pushups. AFter that we went to creekside park and played some intense capture the flag with the girls. 2.1 miles of that. My leg didn't really hurt today which is good. I iced it last night right before I went to bed so Ill try that again. Really excited for grass relays. Its kind of wierd that they are at westlake this year.
