Ran up to middle spring today.  It was really snowy.  Me Justin and Jami9son ran back together on alpine trail.  The rest of the guys went back on the road.  Felt very fresh today.  I hope I can get a good jump this year for track and qualify for state in the 3200.

We went pretty fast today.  We did discovery.  for the first 4 miles we were going like 6:20 pace.  fun run overall.

Did 2 games of indoor tag and than ran to the mouth of the canyon and back.  Had some tough strength training afterwards. 

Tonight for mutual we did Iron Chef and my group won by a huge margin of points and we had some really good food too.

Today we did alpine loop.  It was pretty fun.  For the first few miles we were probably just under 7 than we started speeding up.  Once we got on alpine highway we were just about 6:00 pace.  Untill the last 3/4 of a mile of alpine highway we were going like 5:20 pace.  knee hurt a littkle bit today.  Some strides afterwards with galen justin and spencer smith.  One tactical race for teh last stride.

Did some very easy strength training. Im going to my friends party tonight so that should be fun. 

Ran in the morning today.  Didn't feel amazing.  We ran on teh canal out to around smiths area and back.  Forgot my tights in the locker room so It was pretty cold for me cuz I had to wear shorts.

Tough run today.  We were goign to do hogs but we got like 3.27 miles up and it was all snowy and had already taken us 30 mnutes.  Just went on roads most of the way back.  Went on black trail than on roads.  Wasn't very fun of a run.  My body just was very tight and didn't want to get going.
