did a run to a couple churches and than 5 mile loop. lap around the grass field afterwards. Have a dual meet against lehi on wednesday so shoutout to all of them.
Work out today. 2.1 warmup miles. We did a 400 to warmup at 73 than 800 600 400 800 600 400. Times were 2:21 1:51 1:12 2:37 1:58 1:14. Died pretty hard today at the end. Iced in the river afterwards.
Our dual meet with lehi got canceled so it isn't going to be this week. Until next week lehi bros.
Rough run today. we did alpine loop. I felt quite tired and didn't really want to be running. So im quite glad we didn't have a meet today now because my digestive system was struggling too. I had to poop like 4 times in an 8 mile run. It sucked. Lap around the track barefoot afterwards.

Today we had a workout. My calf was hurting so I didn't go fast at all on the warmup so it was just me and galen and stephen in the back because he doesn't like doing fast warmups either. Then i didn't really do the workout super fast either. it was a 6x800. Not saying my times cuz they weren't very good.
Im going to try out my pegesus's tomorrow on our easy 8 miles.
This week has been a struggle for me. I haven't felt good on any of the days. My legs hurt. I might be racing at cougar relays tomorrow but i don't really want to. We'll see what I end up doing.

today I ran by myself because I didn't want to get up and go at 7:00. I got up at like 8:45 and went and did bonneville. Mile on the grass field across from cedar ridge.
I am looking forward to have a one day break on sunday because my body is wrecked right now.
