Ran by myself on Bonneville today because I am going up to clear creek to be a counselor. I woke up at 5:20 and headed out. I had to leave at like 6:30 and so I cut it short so I would not be late.

Ran up at clear Creek today which is like just under 9000 feet of elevatio . I felt that on my bod . I ran with this kid from AF named tucker Nixon for 4 miles and than did 3 more by mysel . He said he was done running do I'll have to go by meself tomorrow.

Rand again up at clear Creek. Did 3 miles towards gooseville and than came back. Then I did on mile around camp. Pace isn't super fast up here but whatever.

Ran up at clear creek today.  

8 miles doing backwood bonneville and a lap around my block.  

Today we did couch run.  It was a little bit under 9 so we did some laps around on the field.
