Shin kinda hurt today. I hope im not getting injuried.
Easier because of my shin. Slower pace. Iced it with a dixie cup afterwards.
6 again. I just really don't want to make my shin any worse. If anyone knows any little exercises that help with the inside of the shin bone about 2-3 inches above the ankle let me know. I don't think its shin splints but I really hope its not.
