Felt good. I twisted my ankle about 3 miles in and had to stop for a couple minutes. I finished the run and it got super sore afterwards. Walking around hurt it. So hopefully it will be fine tomorrow.
Ankle felt tons better today. We had a tough workout. It was 4x600 meter hill repeats. Then we had to run to the track and then we had 6x400. I was really struggling today.
Felt pretty crappy at the beginning. But by the time my body felt warm, 5 miles in, I felt pretty good. I am kinda excited for state. Hopefully I can do better then I did at region bc that was kind of a buckle.
