Workout today. It was 400 300 200 400 300 200. I felt quite fly today. Times were 64 48 29 65 49 28. Fun times. Excited for region. Im doint the mile and 2 mile.

Race sucked again. I felt just like I did last week at BYU. I couldn't get myself going and I feel like I couldn't fight the burn in my legs. 2 miles ish up than race than2 and a little bit down. Thats 2 losses in a row for me. Kindof ticked me off.

a little less than 3 mile warmup. Race the mile. Didn't PR but way better than the 2 mile last night. 2.5 mile cool down than 3 more with the 800 guys and just running around the track cheering. Not what I wanted from this season but I'll just work my butt off and be ready for xc.
