today it was cold so we went to little warners house to get me a long sleeve shirt.  We tan ran to mi casa porque me hermano es enferno.  We at comida a la little warners casa.  46 minutes.  7:12 avetrage mile pace.

Well I havent really written on here for a while so I will do it today.  We did the hobbit hole run which is really short so we did more.  We also did the black trail.  We found a new path so we took it.  It was a jolly time.  Me gusta pato (DUCK).  56 minutes.  7:13 average mile pace.

Had a work out today.  It was pretty darn bad.  I felt terrible when I was doing it.  It wasnj't even my legs that hurt, it was just that my throught was tightening up and I could not get enough oxegen.  It was 4x800 than 2 400's.  I am supper glad we decieded to split up the last 800 becasue I could not breath.  35 minutes.  6:29 average mile pace.

today we had an adventure run.  we were going to do hogs put than they didn't want to so we decided to do sliding rock.  There was this car sitting at the entrance and we decided that they didn't look very nice so we went around them and through lots of pockey bushes.  We got around them and on our way back to the road we ahd to cross a river.;  Josh Christensen decided to go a differnet way than the rest of us and stepped on a slippery rock and fell in the river.  It was quite funny.  We than went back to the road and ran up to slidding rock.  We went down and the water was frigid.  we than went around on the rest of the run.  There was this one hill that was super hard to get down because it was so steep.  It was also dirt so it was hard.  We were out for like 2 hours but it was still fun.  66 minutes. 9:19 average mile pace.  It was a advndtuer run.

Today was a very sucky workout.  We did 400 and I was exhausted.  We waited for Jamie to finish sign up for scheduling but the computer was being stupid so he only got like 1 class done and than he had to go.  We started our warmup at like 2:30.  Ryan need to go back to his work so we had to scurry on our warmup.  The sophomores were lame and didn't wait for Jamie.  We than did our warmup and started our 400's.  I got 70 69 70 70 71 71 73 73 74 70.  It waz vary hawd.  It hirt rilly bad. 40 minutes. 7:06 average mile pace. 

Today was another not vary fun run.  It was super windy  (like 50 mph according to ben davis this dude in my math class) I don't know if that is real but he said it was.  I was running the MRJH 5k route again and I got 19:40.  It wasn't even that hard.  It did not feel good on this one road at about 2.1 miles the wind was blowing at my head and I had so much stuff in my eyes that I had to stop.  It also hurt when the small rocks would hit me.  Rough run today.  6:56 averagme mile pace. 43 minutes.

today we did 600 400 200 600 400 200.  We are trying to get our speed and kicks up to primeness.  It was easier that monday.  43 minutes. 7:15 average mile pace.

Low mileage today just getting ready for my race on saturday.  I am running the 3200 for my first time this season.  I am goin for 10:28. 39 minutes. 7:25 average mile pace.

Today I am still gettign ready for my 3200.  It was a shorter run down to af to watch the milers race and than back up.  Craik and me ran down together and saw the sophomores walking.  We passed them and kept running.  Craik decided to head back because his sister was getting married or something important like that. 37 minutes. 7:22 average mile pace.

T'was a good tiempo while correing today.  I corred the dos mile.  I had a divertido tiempo.  It was fun.  My first 400 was 74 which was a little rapido.  My first mile was 5:03.  I got 10:22.84 as my total so my last mile was 5:19.84.  I still felt that I did pretty good.  I stayed with craik for laps 3,4,5,6,7 and half of 8 but he has a better kick than me so he got like a couple seconds faster than me.

Well today I ran by myself because it was the track class.  I decided to do what I call Art Dye Extended.  I do art dye and than run to AF high.  I keep runnign down that road until I have to turn right or left.  Than a go right run down that road by the tabernalce building and turn right to go up past the AF rec center.  I go back to Lone peak after that through the pond.  T'was a fine run.  56 minutes.  7:16 average mile pace.

Today was the sophomore for nexty year registration.  My mom did it for me.  I went running but I forgot to tell the team I was coming so they had already left.  It was a good time.  I did what I call art dye extended.  than strides because I found the team after.  54 minutes.  7:09 avegae mile pace.

Today we did a workout.  It was a little bit easier becasue I am racing tomorrow.  It was 400 300 400 300 400 300 400 300 400 400.

Good race today.  I went a little slower on the first few laps but than spead p.  I passed my bro who was pacing some guys to break 5 at the end of the 2nd lap.  I lead from there on.  Twas a good time.
