2 miles up 8x400 workout.  times were 71 71 70 68 70 71 73 73.  2 miles down.  Didn't feel terrible today but on the last 2 I struggled.

Ran to AF and did the grass relays loop than did some wall ball with af and ran back.  It was a good time.  Getting pumped to leaver tomorrow to NXN.

Shoutout to my little sister Cami because she is getting really mad right now because I am using the computer and she wants to go listen to some stupid Hello song by Adele.  She has been really grumpy recently.

Ran around Nike campus today. Was pretty cool. We went to the track and did our tempo on that. It was sprinkling slightly but it was coo . Go all my gear today.

Ran the course today. Pumped for tomorrow.

Im not really that happy about todays race.  I didn't go fast enough my second mile and I got beat by a girl.  reapeat I got beat by a girl in a high school xc race.  I am pretty mad about that.  First mile was 5:08 so pretty fast but felt good.  Second mile was 5:40 so I buckled there last mile was about a 5:40 also so that didn't go so well.  I wish I could have pushed it lots more on the second and third cuz I know I had more in me.  I didn't feel the burn in my legs till I was kicking at the end so Thats sucks.  Til track everyone.

super easy tag day.  Getting the race out of the legs.  We went on the ice and found a dead fish.

Easy 4 miles.  We are taking a week off after today so I won't be on for a while.  Today we ran down to the pond and went on it cuz it was slightly frozen.  Craik went out too far and fell in and zack went to go help him get out and fell in.  It was pretty funny.  We tried to get a fish to freeze in the ice that we found yesterday but couldn't find it.  ran to art dyestat and back after.  tried our my new shoes from NXN.

had to do the mile for the fit gram today.  

Did the pacers today. We had to do 94 for the A.

Nice run in Lambert with Doug and crank. Lots of snow everywhere. Felt pretty good. We made a jump with the snow in cranks backyard. And dumped some water on it so it would be slippery.

Ran by myself today.  Just 30 minutes.  Ran  up to bonneville and went from my house to the park.  I found sled there and took a run on the hill.  Ran back after that.

Shout out to this Jack rabbit that I saw but he hopped of pretty quick.  It would be fun to have a Jack rabbit as a running partner. 

had a good time today.  we ran the 5 mile loop.  We went prettty fast.

Didn't run today cuz I was at my cousins wedding all day.

Today we ran on mountain run.  It was really cold and blizzardy once we got to right around craiks house.  We ran through like at least 1 foot of snow while on the trail.  It was just me jamison craik little warner aand caleb.

Ran to lambert than up high bench.  It was really snowy so our mile in the snow was 11:16.  It felt really hard tho.  We ran up a little more than usally once we got on the road because we didn't want to have to go back the snowy way.  There was lots of snow in my shoe that turned into ice so it felt like i had a lot of rocks in my shoe.  Last 2ish miles were about 6:10 pace.

Shoutout to conner baller cuz we are doing a jersey swap and  he is going to get my black LP one and I am going to get his white lehi one.

Today we did part of black trail and just kindof went where ever we wanted.  it wasd a good time. but was like 6 degrees.

Shoutout to Jake bybees family for gifting my family with some dried apples for christ mas.

I wasz just thinking about the word christmas and if you separted the word christ and mas, christ is christ and mas means more in spanish so its kind of just saying more christ. 

Ran to LP than on the pond than back on alpine highway. Craik went back a different way and idk why.

I felt really tired today.  after I rolled myself out.  Went to the church to play basketballwith conner baller and some other lehi guys and with 2 pg guys.  My back started hurting also.  I will problably take it easy tommorrow.  Maybe only 4 or 5.

Tdoay I was not going to do the full 7 cuz I hurt pretty bad yesterday but I was feeling pretty good so I did the whole thing.  It was only me jamison lil warner and chris who did the who thing.  We went to where golfcourse trail starts and ran on that thean up by the wall than back on high bench. 

I bought a knock off go pro and it should be comeing today.  It said it had better picture quality than go pros when I compared them.  hopfully its good.

7 today.  Went up by lambert and than on high bench.  Headed up to the bathroom  so jamison could go to el bano and than we went down.  did dumpster after.  Fun fact dumbster is basura en espanolo.
