Today we did 3x1000 and one 800 at the end. It was very hard today and was hot also so I was dehydrated. I have forgoten to bring a waterbottle to school. I will bring one tommorrow. 42 minutes. 7:14 average mile pace.

Today we started out just doing bonnevile. We were going pretty fast it felt like probably because we had a workout yesterday. I fell behind a little bit again but I caught up. We went up this big hill and found a new trail. Zack and jamison were probably smart and did not come because we have a workout tomorrow. We founded backwood bonneville. The founders of backwood bonneville are little warner, galen, craik, justin, and me. We jad aparty while running on backwood bonneville. 63 minutes. 7:35 average mile pace.

Well today we helped with the Mountain ridge, Timberline track meet.  I did the timing and the congratulation.  It was quite fun.  It was quite windy so it kind of stinks for the runners.  I did the workout after the meet was over and so it was like 6ish when I started.  I did 8x400.  My spilts were not very good so I won't say them.  I had mutual at 7 so I did a little short cool down.  36 minutes.  6:59 average mile pace.

Today we went up on bonneville to explore a cave taht we saw on tuesday.  It was a long hike up and was worse coming down because It was so rocky.  Good run today and I am pumped to run the mile tomorrow at the mountain valley invite. 36 minutes.  7:03 average mile pace.

Today we had the mountain valley invite. It was lots of fun.  I got a new PR and broke 5 and 4:50.  Good race today.
