Very chilly today. I forgot my gloves and hat and second layer so It kindof sucked. Fun run tho. We decided that it would better to be the hare than the tortise because slow and steady is laughed at by the running community.
Today was a 8x400 workout. My hip hurt slightly but it was a different part from when it hurt last week so I guess thats good. Also right below my knees hurt a little. If anyone knows why comment below because coach ellis for track said it was growing pains but I haven't grow much so IDK. Getting pumped for nike sw.
ran down to AF did the grass relays loop once and headed back up. starting to cut down on the mileage leaving tomorrow for nike. to vegas than from there to casa grande.

Good race today. The team got 3rd place but there was a 3 way tie for first so they did a photo finish to decided first and than they did sixth man to decide third and second. Mountain vista got 1st timpanogus 2nd and us third. Davis kind of buckled hard and got 7th. Felt pretty good. Wish I went faster because will almost beat me but whatever. I feel kind of bad for will cuz he came down and was really close to varsity the whole year and now he isn't coming to nationals. So ill give him a shoutout cuz he is a goood guy. We did like 4 miles cool down just for a good time. Waiting for results was pretty stress ful.
