Did a little over 6 miles doing 5 mile loop with some pickup runs and a couple laps on the field. 1 mile doing capture the flag. It wasn't very long capture the flag games today. 1 mile after I got home. I think we are having like a 10 minute plank challenge and I don't think I should have too much trouble because I just did a 3 minute one and I wasn't struggling at all.
I was goign to do ragnar with my boy eugene but then some stuff came up and it was kindof last minute so I cant.
Shoutout to all doing the ragnar. Go kill it.
