Today we just did the 4 mile loop in alpine and lambert. I got a bloody nose about 1 mile in. I had a pain in my knees also the whole time so this run kind of sucked. But we are jsut getting back into the xc season so we are fine I guess. I am going to be on varsity this year and I am not going to let anyone kick me off.

you'll make varsity. You're more of a longer distance runner I think, and that plays to your advantage. You're one of the most dedicated guys on the team, so you will make it.

unless is something major happens to like 2-3 guys slower than you. which isn't likely to happen. But you'll make a jump this year, most returning freshman do. But, if you do end up on JV for a few races, you would have a decent chance of winning those races. Whoever our top few JV guys are should have a good chance at it.
