Today we were going to do hogs but no one felt good so we decided to to mountain run extended. I felt tons better than I did on monday so we were going almost 40 seconds faster per mile. I am still kind of sore from the workout yesterday. I also can kindof still feel the strength training from tuesday and the hill workout. Hopefullly not running on sunday will make me feel better. 57 minutes. 8:03 average mile pace.
