Workout today. I got there a little late so I had a short warmup like 5 minutes. it was 400 400 300 300 200 200. I am always one of the last people on these short workouts because i am not that good at speed. I am working on my kick tho. Its a good time doing thezse workouts because It seams so short.

Had my race today. It was a good time. I did really good. I got 2nd in my heat and 15th overall. It felt pretty good. I fell like I could have done better but I didn't want to lead so I just stayed behind craik and this riverton kid untill the last lap and than I tried to catch this PG kid. I didn't quite catch him.
Today I had a jolly time while I ran. I was going to do discovery park but than it was raining and lightning so I figured it wouldn't be good if I was the tallest thing on the trail so I ran by the power line hopeing I wouldn't be hit by lightning. I ran down the road toward the temple and listened for the thunder after the lightning. It was 2-3 seconds in between on one of the strikes so I started going faster about 5:25 pace for about 1/3 of a mile and than slowed down because It was 5-7 seconds inbetween thunder and lightning. 6:34 average mile pace.
