10x400 today.  I felt pretty good today.  my splits were 74 72 72 73 73 72 72 72 73 70.  Shoutout to craik who went insane on the last one and ran a 60.  Ice bathed up the canyon after but the girls took our normal spot so we had to go to a different spot.  We jumped in.
