Today I did a tempo run. I ran down on art dye and ran on that one trail. Mty tempo run was a 3fast 3 slow 3fast 3 slow 3fast then a cool down. I did a 15 minute warmup before i started my tempo run. I felt pretty good today. Right below my knee was hurting after my run. There was a little bump where it hurt so hopefully that is NOT bad. I talked with the team before I left. Every time they have the track class they get chocolate milk after. I can't have chocolate milk because I am off sugar but it looks realllllly good. 47 minutes. 7:18 average mile pace.
