Today we ran Squak Peak. Coach RYBY use to run it when he was in high schjool. His fastest time was 27:30. I got 34:38. Our average pace on the way up wasnt to fast like 8:39 but on the way down we were going fast. My splits were 8:16, 7:53, 8:45, 9:39, 6:38, 5:44, 5:51, 5:18. It was a fun run.
