Today wr had a good time as we went up on bonneville. I got my PR on how far I have ever gone on bonneville. Today justin wasn't here so it was just craik and me as the freshman. Today for most of the run I ran with trevor. On the way there I took a wrong turn and found myself on the edge of small cliff. 57 minutes. 7:32 average pace.

today was a Hill work out. I had to do it on my own. my average time for per hill was about 2:30. I did not feel very good today so I want a little bit short. I did a little bit of the weight training before and the gym with the team.51 minutes. 7:36 average mile pace

Today we did a good old modest run.  Today when we were running after tag Jamie slid on some mud and twisted his ankle.  We had Josh C and Craik run up and grabbed Josh's car and came down to art dye to pick us up.  39minutes.  7:54 average mile.

today I did a tempo run.  It was a B day so i did it by myself.  I ran over by the pond than got on teh canal trail.  I did a 3x5 and inbetween a five minute run.  I also did a 15 minute warm up and a 17 minute cool down.  58 minutes.  7:37 average mile pace.

Today was the ice oval invite. today I ran the 800 meter. Actually it was the 4 by 8. My brother zack did the best on the team.  Well anyways we had two teams.  A freshman and 1 sophomore team, and a senior 2 juniors and a sophomore team.  I got my PR for the 800 meters. I got to 2:15.  I felt really good.
