today it was cold so we went to little warners house to get me a long sleeve shirt. We tan ran to mi casa porque me hermano es enferno. We at comida a la little warners casa. 46 minutes. 7:12 avetrage mile pace.
Well I havent really written on here for a while so I will do it today. We did the hobbit hole run which is really short so we did more. We also did the black trail. We found a new path so we took it. It was a jolly time. Me gusta pato (DUCK). 56 minutes. 7:13 average mile pace.
Had a work out today. It was pretty darn bad. I felt terrible when I was doing it. It wasnj't even my legs that hurt, it was just that my throught was tightening up and I could not get enough oxegen. It was 4x800 than 2 400's. I am supper glad we decieded to split up the last 800 becasue I could not breath. 35 minutes. 6:29 average mile pace.
today we had an adventure run. we were going to do hogs put than they didn't want to so we decided to do sliding rock. There was this car sitting at the entrance and we decided that they didn't look very nice so we went around them and through lots of pockey bushes. We got around them and on our way back to the road we ahd to cross a river.; Josh Christensen decided to go a differnet way than the rest of us and stepped on a slippery rock and fell in the river. It was quite funny. We than went back to the road and ran up to slidding rock. We went down and the water was frigid. we than went around on the rest of the run. There was this one hill that was super hard to get down because it was so steep. It was also dirt so it was hard. We were out for like 2 hours but it was still fun. 66 minutes. 9:19 average mile pace. It was a advndtuer run.
