today we did middle spring.  It was a good time.  Except I twisted my ankle at the begining.  I rubbed it for about 1 minute than kept running.  I liek middl3e spring.  I fell behind a little and took a wrong trail so I got a little extra mileage.  Was a good time  ..

Today we were suppose to go at a faster pace and Jamie and Zack really took that to heart and were going like 6:10 pace the whole freakin time.  I started out with them but I kinda died and didnt feel very good.  We did black trail but at the NO TRESPASSING sign we turned onto a road.  I had to go to the bathroom and so I used one of the port-a-pottys that were there for the construction workers.  Than me and spencer smith turned back and went back on black trail and went the short way back.  6:45 average mile pace.

Today we did the 5 mile loop pluss timberline loop.  It was a good time.  Ryan ran with us today.  It was a good time. today was our slower day.  7:06 average mile pace.

Today we went shorter and slower.  Than we stoped at a church and got a drink of water.6:56 average mile pace.

Today we did hogs forwards.  It was really fun.  I did pretty good on the up hill and than I did normal on the down hill which is slow cuz I suck at down hill.  We than did sliding rock.  It felt really good.
