well today wasnt as bad as it could habve been.  Mhys knees didnt hurt tons so thats good.

Wore my new shoes today for the first time and I loved them.  My legs felt pretty fresh and I havent' had a run like todays in a long time when I am just enjoying it having a good time.  Im never ghoing to get that many miles on a pair of shoes ever again.  not super fast but lots of hills.  We did zig zac cave today. 

Today we did the wall.  It was a good time.  Zack got up first than craik than me.  I got podium!  3rd place!  so the wall slowed down our mile pace lots but for the rest of it we were going around 6:30's except the last mile we got 6:11.  It felt really good today to be able to get some speed on my legs again.  Just so all of yalls know, never get over 1000 miles on a pair of shoes because it makes running suck.  Shoutout to spencer smith for getting a phone! Well today I didn't feel very good but I stayed up with teh top group for most of the time.  We did the first part of hogs and than turned left to do this other run.  We just followed that trial and than got on the road and tried to go wake russell up.  Than we ran back to the park where the girls had moved our cars (or tried for galens car).  It was not a very great run today but at least at the end we were going pretty fast.

Today we had a tirering time as we ran.  We did about 5.25 miles and than played soccer.  Most of the top varsity guys were gone so it was me justin craik steven and will at the front.  Craik and Justin went crazy on the first part of the workout hill and were going like 6:35 pace on it.
