did a some miles on bonneville today.  4 out 4 back.  The way out the average was probaly around 7 minute pace but on the way back the top group was going sub 6 pace for like 1.5 miles.  I stay back a little and went like 6:30 pace.  had to do pacers before for PE fit gram.  Crank says it is "Fitness gram" but he's just a bunch of crap.

New shoes today alos so thats awesome.

6x600 hills today.  Was pretty tough but I felt good.  times were around 2:06-2:07 for the first few than I sped up and by the end I was at 2:02ish.  

Modest run wednesday today.  plus down to art dye and golfcourse.

Tempo run.  5 4 3 2 1 .  20 up 20 down.

Ran alpine loop without going on aviary and than stayed on the road went by legacy and back by mountian ridge.  Felt good today.  went kindof fast towards the end but it was fun.  Strides on the field afterwards.

Hogs today.  Connor baller came with us so shoutout to him.  Didn't feel amazing today.  Had to stop and go to the bathroom on the way up but there was a port a potty so that was a blessing.  My hip hurt also and than I lost a contact on the way up so it wasnt the best hogs but it was a run.
