To discovery park and back.  I had a fiesta in spanish class today.  I ate 2 mini donuts.  But right before that we had pizza for the xc team.  So i was stuffed.  

2.2 ish miles up.  400 at around 78.  than 1600 1200 800 400.  Didn't really feel good.  times were 5:15 3:59 2:35 68.  I did the last 400 with the girls cuz I had to go to the bathroom after the 800 and missed it with the guys.  I felt pretty fast but it was only a 68.

Today we went up to alphe tree and found a dog we named alphe.  He was quite swag if i say.  We than did this trail up on the mountain side.  we ran back to drop aphle off cuz he came like 4 miles with us.  than back on golf course.

Tempo run today on the murdock canal.  5 4 3 2 1.  I got almost a mile on the 5 and everything else Im not really sure cuz I forgot my watch.  Felt really good today.

today we did alpine loop and had a jolly time.  I felt really good for the last couple of days.  hopefully I will feel good at NXSW.  Strides afterwards on the soccer feild cuz there was a football game so we couldn't do it there.

hogs today.  Was a good time.  We got to the top at about 8:15 and than were down at the bottom by 8:40.  We were going really fast on the way down.  I wasn't in the top group and was just by myself once we got on the road.  But I was going 6:00 pace and they were still hauling like a half mile in front of me.  After we went to watch pre footlocker.
