today I ran down to art dye.  After I ran down to art dye, I ran on the trail to the south west of art dye.  I ran on that than turned on mountain ridges road but i was still quite far away from mountain ridge.  I ran down there than I went on the turn to the pond but did not have much time on my garmin so i did the golf course.  I still didn't get much today but it was a monday.  I always have a harder time on mondays becasue of teh day off.  50 minutes.  7:16 average mile pace.

Today we did 6x600 hills.  I am super tired today.  I did pretty good on the hills thou.  I got 2:13,2:12,2:15, 2:18,2:20.  We did it without a break before or after so I got worse each time.  On the warmup today I felt really good, but the workout was hard.  I ended up only doing 5 because Ryan told me to stop.  Today on teh cooldown Justin Craik (Craig) Russel and I went to galens house and made and XC out of rocks on his driveway.  It was fun.  57 minutes.  About 7:50 average mile pace (my watch didn't stop when i was in the bathroom).

Today was a B day so I was going to have to run by myself but lil warner had a choir rehersal so he ran with me.  We decided that we would run by AF and art dye.  We also went out farther than i went out on monday going west.  We were running faster than I usally run but slower than lill warner usally runs.  I like going fast thou.  At the beginning we were going at like 6:37 pace but we slowed down as we went.  We ended with about 7:00 pace.  We were talking the whole time which was nice but it does make it harder to run.  I like running with lil warner because he never runs out of something to talk about.  When we were running by art dye we were on the dirt trail by it and we were running down by the field and there was this rose bush that I moved and was careful to not poke myself but than when I let go, it scraped me... so much for taking forever.  58 minutes.  7:15 average mile pace.

Today was a rough run.  I ran with lill warner today.  We decided to go where the rest of the team went during the track class.  Today I had to get checked out of school for a doctors appointment and I didn't want to go back so I just went home.  I decided I would go to strength training and than run.  we ran to this rock out cropping in the mountain.  there was also a water basin.  I did not like this run.  We kept taking wrong turns than haveing to turn around and go down hill.  I don't like down hill at all.  I kind of like up hill but sometimes it gets old.  I did not run yesterday because I had a piano recital.  I hate piano.  It gets in the way of everything.  I did not get my varsity letter because I had a piano recital in the varsity race time but I had to run the JV race.  62 minutes.  8:46 average mile pace.  (because lots of hills.)

Today none of us really wanted to do hogs but Galen did so we decided to do it.  We decdied to do it back wards.  On about the 2nd mile I got a bloody nose but I kept running until I caught up to the front group becuase they had stopped.  They noticed that I had a bloody nose and stopped to wait.  Galen was prepared like a scout should be and had toliet paper in his tights pocket.  He gave me this toliet paper and I stuffed up my nose.  I did not feel very good because I think lots of blood went down into my stomach from my nose.  I felt sick for most of it.  I did fine on the up hill but on the down hill I did not feel good.  Usally i get around 6:36 pace for going down hill but today I got 7:45-8:00 pace.  Today was not the best.  87 minutes.  8:39 average mile pace.

Shout out to Galen because he is awesome and gives me toliet paper and is prepared like a scout.
